Luggage carousel at the YVR (Vancouver Intl Airport) on Dec 22nd. My flight was originally mistakenly announced as "cancelled" but later changed to delay (ended up 5 hr delay). All the luggage everywhere is delayed luggage at the airport. Total chaos.
