What's It About?
During this event Masefield TV presents two live reports from the 55+ Club, many of them long term residents who moved to the estate in the 1950's. These reports tackle issues pertinent to the residents but raising wider issues about rights and responsibilities of council house tenants. Who is responsible for the roof? deals with residents experiences of repairs to their properties. When will the hall be built? reviews overdue plans for an extension to the Community Hall. Each report will be presented through two mobiles working in sequence. They are looking for answers, will they get them? Content, presentation and production by 55+ Club.
