BlackBerry Curve 8330 on Qik
Guys, wanted to bring you up to speed on what's happening with our alpha release of Qik on BlackBerry Curve 8330.
We have many new Qik users streaming successfully from their 8330s. At the same time, we also have many users who are experiencing problems with the 8330 - problems not being experienced on other BlackBerry handsets. As this as an alpha release, fixing bugs is part of the process, and we want to get this one sorted ASAP.
If you are an 8330 user who is having problems Qikking on your handset, we would very much appreciate your help in figuring out what the problem is. If you could email blackberry@qik.com with your Qik log file and your username, you will help us a lot with getting this bug fixed.
To retrieve the log file from your BlackBerry device, go to SDCard/Blackberry/Qiklog.txt - this is the file we need. Please email blackberry@qik.com with this Qik log file and your username.
We're sorry for those 8330 users who are having these problems. We hope to have this fixed before the weekend. In the meantime, thank you so much for your help and understanding of the alpha release process!

@jeromy - as per this post, could you please send your log file and username to blackberry@qik.com? That would really help us to help get this figured out. Thank you!

I'm still a little confused as to how to retrieve that file (newbie) - where is the SDCard folder? When I go to write a new email, and attach a file, the only folder I can choose from is the Device Memory folder, which takes me to /Device Memory/home/user

I downgraded my Blackberry OS to 4.3 because you guys indicated it was the BB OS. Still not working, same problem with BB OS 4.3 the official supported sprint OS. Just black screen a few secs long.
