Qik now available on mass market J2ME phones
We are really excited that Qik is now the first mobile live streaming service on mass market phones - a.k.a feature phones, a.k.a non-smartphones a.k.a non-PDA phones.
As of today, Qik is now live in alpha on the following phones. We're encouraging everyone out there to try this and provide us with feedback so that we can make Qik on these mass market phones rock!

- Nokia 5300
- Nokia 6300
- Nokia 6500 classic
- Nokia 6500 slide
- Nokia 6555

Help us test on more phones
Apart from Alpha support for the above phones, we believe we can support the following phones fairly quickly with your help. So we're inviting everyone who has the following phones (with a data plan) and is willing to work with us through this process - please send us an email at s40@qik.com and help us go live on even more of these mobile handsets. Thanks!

I guess it's not important because there's not much people on US using phones like Nokia 6265 or Nokia 6275, but anyway I'm gonna ask: are you thinking or planning to develop Qik for Nokia S40 CDMA phones?? BTW, there's a problem when I'm using Qik on

Hi! I love Qik and I'd love to participate. But, since I have a Blackberry Curve, I can't because it's not supported! With Blackberry OS 4.5, we can now record video. Will Qik support Blackberry anytime soon??

This is cool, well done! I think that your software is the only one that makes any of those devices worth having.. actually.. Too bad there isn't a phone with a higher quality microphone or even better, with some type of Bluetooth or VHF wireless micro

I downloaded the app and installed it on my Nokia N75 (S60) and it seems to run properly. It claims it is even streaming, but I'm not seeing anything at my page. Any chance this will work on my phone?
