Olympics opening ceremonies on Qik

Thanks to our new events feature, you can now check out videos from more than a dozen (and growing) Qikkers who are in Beijing for the Olympics. The Qik Olympics 2008 event page will feature videos for every day of the Games, and already there is some fantastic footage being Qikked.


For example, two different Qik users, Olympics7 and Pascal, captured the lighting of the Olympic torch from two different perspectives: one was inside the stadium, one was at home in Beijing.




The Olympics are only just beginning, and we expect lots of great footage from all of the Qikkers on the ground in China. Keep on top of all the action at the Qik Olympics 2008 event page (you can subscribe to the RSS feed for Qik Olympics footage, too).
