Go Live to Brightcove from your mobile phone!

Tuesday, October 27th, 2009

A couple of months back we released an integration with Brightcove, the leading online video  platform, to enable Qikkers to automatically post their videos to Brightcove. Based on feedback from customers, we are now taking this a step forward where you can go live to Brightcove -  right from your mobile phone. With this, Brightcove customers can now produce exciting live content from their mobile phones and Qik media and enterprise customers can now monetize their live mobile video content through the Brightcove platform.

Already using the Qik and Brightcove integration?

Refer to this article in our Support Wiki on how to enable live broadcasting to Brightcove. This would then create a player as shown below that can be embedded on any website, blog to view videos live from mobile phones using Qik.
